Friends of Bridge, Inc. remains open as an essential service provider to serve our clients throughout the COVID-19 duration. During this time we have made several changes to protect both our employees and our clients.
We frequently disinfect common areas, provide avenues for hand washing/sanitizing, monitoring everyone within the facility for signs and symptoms of COVID-19, telephone screen new clients prior to allowing them to enter our facility, and we’ve changed our counseling practices to avoid any chance of spread.
Upon entering the building all personnel will have their temperature checked using a non-invasive forehead scan thermometer to ensure that no one on site has a fever. It’s one more way we’re making sure that all of us are safe.
All of our groups have shifted to telehealth video/chat platforms wherein we can all better social distance from one another while still providing support to our clients.
Anyone requiring an intake will need to be able to successfully complete our phone screening process including the current CDC guidelines. Once complete intakes will be conducted via telephone or teleconference.
For the foreseeable future our Medical Director is available on-site for medication maintenance and inductions. Follow ups and screenings are completed via telehealth.
