Just as with fentanyl you’re playing russian roulette when you take anything produced with this in it. Having no idea how much or how potent it is you are easily capable of overdosing in seconds.

It’s being pressed into counterfeit pills such as Dilaudid, Tramadol, and Oxycodone so far. It is being added to cocaine, heroin, methamphetamines, cannabis, and benzodiazepines.

The potency is to be 10x greater than that of fentanyl and to make things worse, there are concerns that Narcan, which is used to reverse opioid overdoses may not be as effective with nitazine.
