Friends of Bridge, Inc. is a nonprofit outpatient counseling center that has been serving Valley Stream, NY, and the wider Nassau County region since 1970. Over the past 56 years, our organization has become a trusted support system for individuals, families, and loved ones dealing with substance abuse and addiction.

Payment Options
Friends of Bridge, Inc. accepts Medicaid, Managed Medicaid, Medicare, and primary insurance plans. To ensure services are accessible to all, we offer sliding scale payments for those at lower income levels. Importantly, no one is ever turned away due to an inability to pay, reflecting our commitment to community health and support.
